    o    Identity data, address, and contact information for processing your requests submitted on the contact form.

      Purpose: To answer your requests for information or suggestions, resolve your doubts, queries or requests. In case of sending a Curriculum Vitae by email or via the contact form, to have your curriculum to take part in our personnel selection processes.

      Legitimisation: The user’s consent when requesting information via our contact form or when sending us their personal information and curriculum for our personnel selection processes.

      Retention: Until resolution of your request or email query, if no new processing has been generated. In case of sending a Curriculum Vitae, the information will be kept throughout the personnel selection processes in progress and during 1 year for future processes.
       
    • SENDING EMAILS

      Purpose: To answer your requests for information or suggestions and deal your doubts and queries regarding our services or products. In case of sending a Curriculum Vitae by email or via the contact form, to have your curriculum to take part in our personnel selection processes.

      Legitimisation: The user’s consent when requesting information via our email address or when sending us their personal information and curriculum for our personnel selection processes.

      Requirements to supply personal information

      The supply of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years, or, if applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

      If the user provides us with information about third parties, they confirm that the third parties are informed of the purposes and of the manner in which we need to process their personal data.

      Obligation to provide your personal data and the consequences for a failure to do so.

      The personal data requested are necessary to manage your requests and failure to do so signifies we cannot attend to your correctly or fulfil the purposes described above.

    • EMERGENCY TELEPHONE 24h / 7d

      Purpose: Respond to the query raised or request for information, as well as analyze the food incidence and its consequences by our Quality Department.

      Legitimation: The basis of legitimacy for the processing of data is compliance with food legislation and the legitimate interest of the company to carry out a quality control of our food products.

      Conservation: Your personal data will be kept while the incident is analyzed and, once resolved, until the issuance of the annual audit report issued by the certifying entity of compliance with the IFS Standard (Food Process Management).
       
  4. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

    Your data are confidential and will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required o when the service implies the necessity of a contractual relationship with data processor suppliers who will not process personal data for their own
    purposes.

    In the case of calls to the Emergency Telephone 24/7, your personal data may be transferred to external entities for the certification of the IFS Standard (Food Process Management).

    In general, we do not transfer personal data to third countries outside European Union. Nevertheless, the information generated by google analytic cookies (Google analytics) will be transferred to a Google server in the USA. However, Google, Inc. is included in the Privacy Shield Framework: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

    We will not be responsible for the personal data which can be supplied to third parties through the available links on this website.
     

  5. RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR DATA

    When consent is the basis for the data processing, it shall be revocable at all times and under no circumstance may withdrawal of consent condition the execution of the contracts or relations arising previously.

    In the event of any dispute with the company with regard to the processing of your data you may lodge a claim before the Data Protection Authority (www.agpd.es).
