We teach you how to prepare a vegetable dish full of essential macronutrients for our body. We propose a base but you can choose the combination that you like the most.
- Cherry tomato
- Bean sprouts
- Sesame (1 teaspoon)
- We clean all the vegetables and cut them to our liking.
- We place the spinach and arugula in a bowl in the shape of a bed. And then we will add the rest of the vegetables on top.
- To prepare the sauce, we take a bowl adding all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Once we have the mixture, we distribute it over the vegetables. We spread sesame and enjoy.
