Catalan style hake

  • 1 hake
  • ½ l of cream
  • Lemon and pepper seasoning
  • 8 toasted almonds
  • Salt

Wash and remove the hake bones and cut it into 4 pieces. Marinate these pieces with salt and lemon and pepper seasoning.

Next, place the hake in a baking dish with the cream and the toasted almonds on top (previously chopped) and place it in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes.

Once roasted, we give it 5 minutes more inside the oven only to be gratinated and take color. We can serve it accompanied by strips of boiled zucchini or any steamed vegetables.
