Grilled salmon with pepper

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
Preparation

We will take 4 big fillets of red salmon, without bones, and we will salt them. Sprinkle a plate with black pepper and put the salmon fillets on it, sticking the pepper with the hand on each fillet, as if we wanted to batter them.

Heat an iron and non-sticky pan and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Brown the fillets and sear them with a high heat. Then cover the pan, lower the heat and cook slowly for 4 to 5 minutes.
