- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can of mango
- 1 mascarpone cheese
Process all the ingredients in the blender until they are well incorporated and a homogenous dough remains. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes before preparing the crepes in a non-stick pan.
Once they are prepared and cooled, we will cut the crepes into strips to later fill them and make a roll as a "makis".
Apart we will make the mixture for the filling. We will use 1 package of small mascarpone cheese, a can of mango in syrup (without the juice) and a piece of melon cut into small dices.
Then spread the dough with the mascarpone and sprinkle with mango and melon dices and roll them up. Repeat the same procedure until the dough is finished. Serve it very cold and sprinkled with icing sugar.
