Mango muffins

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 can of mango in syrup
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

In a bowl we will beat the egg. Once it is well beaten, add the milk and the oil, and continue beating until well blended.

In another container mix the remaining ingredients. Pour the milk mixture in the center and stir gently, until the flour mixture is wet. The dough should be lumpy.

Then grease the muffin molds and put the oven at 200°C. With the help of a spoon place the dough in the molds, until the edge, and let them bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
