Pears in wine

  • 6 pears
  • 1/2 l of red wine
  • 300 g of sugar
  • Black pepper grain
  • Cinnamon stick

Choose six very ripe pears. Peel them and remove their branches. In a pan put the wine, the sugar, the black pepper grains and the cinnamon stick to heat and when it begins to boil, we incorporate the pears. Let it boil for five or seven minutes. We let them cool and serve them at room temperature.
