Rice with bacon

  • 300 g of rice
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 chorizo
  • 1/2 kg of longaniza
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Hot paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Pink salt

Cut the bacon into squares, the chorizo into slices and the longaniza into tacos. Pour a little bit of oil in a pan and heat it for about 3 minutes. Stir well the pieces of meat with the oil and leave it a couple of minutes more until it gets brown.

In a separate saucepan put 4 glasses of water and 2 cups of rice, with 2 bay leaves, salt and a little hot paprika. Once the rice is cooked, drain it and mix it with the meat previously prepared. We will serve it very hot.
