Rice pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 l of milk
  • 250 g of rice
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • Ground cinnamon 
  • Cinnamon sticks
Preparation

Put a saucepan with plenty of water to heat and when it starts to boil, we will pour the rice. Cook it for 10 minutes and put out of the heat.

In another saucepan, put over low heat the milk and the sugar, stirring it to dissolve it. When the milk starts to boil, add the drained rice, the sugar, the cinnamon sticks and the lemon skin finely cut. Let it boil over low heat for 15 minutes. Pour it into a flat dish, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
