- 200 g of noodles
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 can of mango
- 80 ml of liquid cream
- 30 ml of Mango liquor
- 125 g of sugar
- Olive oil

Cook the noodles al dente in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Once cooked, put the pasta under cold water.
In a pan, heat a little olive oil, season the salmon cut into cubes with salt, pepper and dill and sear it on both sides.
To prepare the sauce, drain the mango and grind it until you get a texture without pieces. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, prepare a little caramel with the sugar and water (without burning it). Once thicken, incorporate the crushed mango, the mango liqueur and also add the liquid cream and a pinch of salt. Boil everything for about 5 minutes and remove it from the heat.
In the saucepan of the noodles, add the sauce and the salmon to mix all the flavors. To serve the dish, we can add small mango cubes to add a touch of color and flavor.
