- 1 can of salmon
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon of mustard powder
- 1 lemon
Mix in a bowl the cream cheese, the dill and the mustard powder and add salt and pepper. Reserve it.
To prepare the pancakes, we simply flatten the bread slices into thin slices. Spread them with the mustard cream and, on top, we place some slices of salmon. Roll them up and cover them with lemon juice.
