Sautéed spinach with garlic and paprika

Ingredients
  • Fresh baby spinach
  • A handful of nuts
  • 1 apple
  • Garlic and paprika seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey
  • Olive oil
  • Modena balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
Preparation

Preparing the salad it's not a mystery. Wash the spinach well and toss it into a salad bowl (cut the spinach leaves well so that they are not too big).

Peel the apple and cut it into thin slices. Then add the handful of nuts and mix everything in the same salad bowl.

For the dressing: In a small bowl or in a glass, we will mix the ingredients of the seasoning (3 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, half a spoonful of honey, a pinch of salt and a pinch of the garlic-paprika seasoning) and pour the mixture over the salad.

We will stir it well to distribute the mixture and enjoy!
