- 1 can of lychees filled with pineapple
- 1 can of mango
- 1 glass of sweet wine
Keep the liquid of the two cans, and place the rest of the contents of the cans in a wide container and save it in the refrigerator.
In a saucepan, put to heat the syrup from the can of lychees filled with pineapple together with the glass of sweet wine. At low heat, stirring the mixture until the alcohol has evaporated completely and the syrup has thickened.
Let it cool down at room temperature and once cold, add it to the bowl with the fruits, stir it and let it settle, at least 30 minutes, in the refrigerator. We serve it very cold.
