Caramelized Sweet Potatos

Ingredients
  • 900 g of sweet potatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • 100 g of sugar
  • Roasted Sesame
Preparation

Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into long strips.

Fry them in plenty of oil for a few minutes until lightly browned (4 to 5 minutes). We will leave them on a grid to drain the oil.

Make a caramel with the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Let it boil without stop stirring and then let it cook by turning it so that it cooks regularly, until it reaches a light brown color (about 6 minutes).

Pour the caramel over the sweet potatoes, sprinkle with sesame.

We will serve it immediately.
