Corn pizza

  • 1/2 Kg of flour
  • 25 g of leavening
  • Olive oil
  • Fried tomato
  • ½ can of sweet corn
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g of Mozzarella
  • Black olives
  • Water
  • Salt

Place the flour in a bowl, saving a cup to use later, with a spoonful of salt. Dissolve the leavening in a cup with warm water. Once it is well dissolved, add the water with the leavening to the flour bowl and begin to knead with your hands until the ingredients are well combined, if necessary, add more warm water. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil and continue mixing, we will notice that the dough is no longer sticking in the hands. Let the dough settle in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Once the dough has settled, give it the shape of the pizza and place it in the preheated oven at 180ºC until it starts to toast. At this time, we will remove the pizza from the oven and we will add a little tomato sauce, the corn, the red cut pepper, the mozzarella and some black olives on top.

Once the ingredients of the pizza have been added, we will put it back into the oven, this time at 140ºC, to cook the ingredients and roast the mozzarella. Once it is just right, we will remove it from the oven and sprinkle it with a little fresh dill finely chopped.
