Cuttlefish carpaccio

Ingredients
  • 1 large cuttlefish
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 chive
  • Herbs and wild berries seasoning
  • Sweet paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt with lemon
Preparation

First of all, clean well the cuttlefish without leaving skin or fins. Put a little salt and sprinkle with herbs and wild berries seasoning on the inside of the cuttlefish and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and keep it in the freezer for a whole day.

Take out the cuttlefish of the freezer a few minutes before preparing the dish. Cut thin slices of cuttlefish, put them on the plates and place on top the cucumber, the radishes and the chives as a salad. Dress it with virgin olive oil and season with a little sweet paprika and herbs and wild berries seasoning.
