- 750 g of loin filet
- Olive oil
- ½ cup of white wine
- 1/3 liquid cream
- Pink pepper
Spread the fillets with a little oil and put them in a frying pan over a high heat, cooking them as desired. Reserve the steaks in a platter, and keep them warm.
Add the wine to the pan, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon, and cook over a high heat for 2-3 minutes, adding the cream, the salt and the pepper grains.
Stir it and as soon as it thickens a little, serve the steaks with the sauce and we can accompany them with potatoes or any grilled vegetable.
