- 200 g of goat cheese
- 1 egg
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of bread crumbs
- 100 g of sesame seeds
- 6 tablespoons of flower honey
- Extra virgin olive oil
Cut the cheese into cubes or circles (you can help with a cookie cutter or cookie mold) coat them in flour, egg (previously beaten) and bread crumbs.
Re-coat them with egg and sesame seeds, pressing a little with your fingers so that they stick well.
We will fry them at the moment in abundant hot oil, until they are well browned. Drain them on kitchen paper.
Apart, we heat the honey in a saucepan or microwave, 15 seconds at maximum power, stirring until light.
Serve at the moment the fried cheese sprinkled with sesame, accompanied with the honey sauce.
