- 900 g of loin
- Oregano and onion seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 scallions
Combine the oregano and onion seasoning, the olive oil, the salt, the pepper and the pomegranate syrup in a large bowl and mix everything well. Add the pork and mix to cover uniformly. Cover it with a cloth and leave it marinating at room temperature for at least 3 hours, and stir the mixture every half hour approximately. Meanwhile, soak the wooden skewers in a large bowl of water.
Insert the meat on the skewers and cook on the barbecue (or grilled), for about 20 minutes or until the pork is well browned on both sides.
Put the pork on a plate and decorate it with the crushed tomatoes and the chives. Accompany it with a cup of pomegranate syrup.
