Mushrooms with Ham

Ingredients
  • 12 mushrooms
  • 1 slice of Serrano ham
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon
Preparation

Clean the mushrooms, cut the remaining stems and laminate them. Once cleaned and cut, place them in a pan and cook them over medium heat for 5 minutes. When they begin to brown, add the ham cut into strips, add a pinch of garlic salt and salt to the mixture. Next we add a few more drops of oil and the juice of a lemon.

Cook it over a high heat for another five minutes, season as desired and we can serve it.
