Rabbit with asparagus

  • 1 rabbit
  • 12 white asparagus
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh dill
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Clean and chop the rabbit and season it to taste. In a pan with a little olive oil, brown the rabbit pieces together with the chopped garlic, for about 10 minutes.

To serve this dish, accompany it with some white asparagus (about four per serving) and sprinkle everything with a little fresh dill, chopped very fine, to aromatize the dish.
