Salmon Sandwich

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 can of Salmon in brine
  • Cheese cream
  • 1 tomato
  • Pink pepper
  • Coriander
  • Salt

We toast a little bit the slices of bread to take consistency. Spread one of them with plenty of cream cheese and sprinkle with a little pink pepper on top.

Cut some slices of tomato and add them on top of the cream cheese. Finally, we put a few slices of salmon on the last layer of the sandwich, sprinkling with a little coriander cut very finely. We complete with the other slice of bread and we have the sandwich ready to eat.
