- 10 ml of white aged rum
- 20 ml of warm milk
- Mango in syrup
Dilute a teaspoon of sugar with 20 ml of warm milk, two cloves and add the white aged rum. Reserve it.
On the other hand, cut in cubes half apple, half orange and the mango. Next we add the fruit to the previously prepared mixture and stir well. Finally we add a cinnamon stick and accompany it with a slice of orange. It is served tempered.
