- 400 g cooked white beans
- 100 g of "angel hair" noodles
- Vegetable broth 500g
- 300 g of onion
- 2 cans of mussels in spanish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
- 1 glass of white wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Rinse and drain well the beans in a colander and reserve it.
Chop the onion very small and sauté it in a pan with olive oil for 10 min over low heat and then add the sweet paprika. When it's brown, add the glass of white wine and the broth, leaving it cooking for 10 more minutes.
Later we add the beans, the noodles and the mussels with the spanish sauce, mix it all for 10 seconds and let it settle at least 6 minutes before serving so that the noodles are soft and perfect.
