- 1 fillet steak
- 4 shrimps
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic
- Five peppers
- Black pepper
Prepare the steak seasoning it with olive oil, salt and pepper and let it settle for 15 min.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the butter and the garlic cut in flakes until it starts to boil. Remove from heat and let it settle for 5 minutes.
Season the shrimps with the lemon zest and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook the steak in a grill over medium heat for 8 minutes, sear it, so that the meat is not hard in the center. Remove the grill and let it settle for 3 minutes.
On another grill, cook the previously seasoned shrimps for 5 minutes and remove them.
Serve the steak hot, with the shrimps on top, season with five peppers and a pinch of parsley.
