Fillet steak with cheese sauce

Ingredients
  • 5 fillet steaks of 250 g
  • 1 liter of cream
  • 200 g of "Roncal" cheese
  • 30 g of canned green pepper
  • Onion and garlic seasoning
Preparation

Put the cream to thicken one hour before over low heat (without boiling). Once it has thickened, we will cook the grilled fillet steaks, seasoning them to taste. Take them off the heat.

In a separate pan, add the green pepper, the cream and the cheese and let it boil. Then season with onion and garlic, salt and pepper. Remove the sauce from the pan and season the fillet steaks with it. Grate a little more cheese on top as a decoration and serve immediately.
