Mussels sautéed with garlic and parsley

An excellent dish that can be served as a starter or as a main course. Delicious and very quick to prepare.

  1. Open the DANI canned Chilean mussels in their natural state and drain them. 

  2. Put the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, add the mussels and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

  3. Add the crushed garlic, parsley and sweet paprika. Sauté over a low heat for 2 minutes.

  4. Leave to stand for a couple of minutes so that the flavours blend well and it is ready to serve.
