Peasant Pizza

  • 200 g of minced meat
  • 500 g of flour
  • 20 g of compressed leavening
  • Italy flavor
  • 300 g of tomatoes
  • 1 bread soaked in milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of mozzarella
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Dilute the leavening in a 1/4 cup of warm water and mix it with the flour, the oil, the salt and a little warm water if necessary. Knead the dough slightly and let it settle in a temperate place for 45 minutes.

Stretch the dough and put it in the oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the meat with the chopped onion and when it is browned, add the shredded bread, the beaten eggs and two tablespoons of the Italy flavor seasoning. Finally add the tomatoes and sauté everything for 10 minutes.

Next we will remove the pizza from the oven once it starts to be toasted and we will fill it with meat, mozzarella and more onion on top, cut in slices, and put it back in the oven to finish roasting the pizza as desired.
