Pork loin with five peppers

Ingredients
  • 1 pork loin
  • 100 g of cream
  • 20 cl of whiskey
  • Butter
  • 5 Padron peppers
  • Five peppers seasoning
  • Salt
Preparation

Sear the pork loin in a frying pan on both sides and season it with a pinch of five peppers seasoning together with 20cl of whiskey. Let cook everything until the alcohol reduces and evaporates. Once reduced, add the cream and lower the heat. Maintain the temperature until the cream reduces and we get a dense appearance.

Present the loin in a deep dish, covering it with the reduced sauce and add the peppers in grain. We can accompany this dish with Padrón peppers and a little chili pepper to enhance the flavor.
