Salmon with pasta

Ingredients
  • 300 g of fresh egg pasta
  • 1 can of salmon in brine
  • 1 lemon
  • Chopped fresh mint
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
Preparation

Boil, in a large pot, the water with a pinch of salt and oil. When it boils in a gush, introduce the pasta nests, without touching between them, and let them cook, vividly and with the pot uncovered, the suggested time in the package.

Drain the pasta and add a teaspoon of butter, mix well and pour over the salmon, previously shredded and seasoned, with the chopped fresh mint leaves and the juice of a lemon. Before serving, add salt and pepper as desired.
