Sardines burguer

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can of sardines in olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic
  • ½ cup of bread crumbs
  • ½ granulated onion
Preparation

First, we remove the excess oil from the can and remove any possible pimples that we may find in the sardines. We put them in a bowl and crush them with our hands.

Next, add the ground garlic and parsley, together with the finely chopped tomato and onion. Add the egg, salt and pepper to taste, and grind with a fork.

After mixing everything very well, put the breadcrumbs in the bowl to begin kneading until a compact and moldable mass is left. To get the right consistency, we can
add more bread crumbs if necessary.

Yes now! We can now shape our burgers and fry them in oil until they are golden brown. Finally, we accompany them with rice, peas or whatever you like to each one and they would already be!
