Sea bass with lemon and pepper

Ingredients
  • 500 g of sea bass fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 175 g of green beans
  • 200 g of peas
  • 85 g of soybean sprouts
  • Basil
  • Lemon and pepper seasoning
  • Five peppers
  • Olive oil
Preparation

Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat and add a tablespoon of oil and the five ground peppers. Add the onion and sauté 1 minute. Add the peppers, green beans, peas and basil and continue sautéing for 3 or 5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked, but crispy. With a skimmer, put the vegetables on a plate and keep them in a warm place.

Pour the rest of the oil into the wok and heat it; then, add the fish and sauté it over low heat for about 4 minutes (turning it carefully so it does not break) until it is well cooked and shred easily when making the test with the tip of a knife. Finally, season with lemon and pepper and ready to serve.
