- 1 kg of lamb meat
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 large spoonful of tomato sauce
- 2 lemons
- 1 onion
- Kebab Seasoning
- Olive oil
Cut the meat into small pieces to get a better marinade and also chop the onion. In a large bowl, mix the meat, the chopped onion, the juice of two lemons and 2 tablespoons of the kebab seasoning.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture settle for one hour in the fridge.
Next, put the pieces of meat, tomato and green pepper (previously cut) on the skewers. Grill them until the meat is fully cooked and begins to brown.
Before serving, add salt and pepper as desired and season it a little more with the kebab seasoning to enhance the flavor.
