Sirloin steak with Five Peppers

Ingredients
  • 1 sirloin steak
  • Olive oil
  • Five peppers
  • Salt
Preparation

Put on a very high heat a pan with a few drops of olive oil. When it is very hot, we will toss the sirloin and sear it, cooking it rare, almost raw. A few seconds before removing it from the pan, we will add the grains of the five peppers, so that they warm up and release the aroma. Serve it in a dish, sprinkle with salt flakes and it is ready to eat.
