Spicy Spanish Omelette

  • 6 eggs
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Hispania flavor
  • Olive oil

In a pan, place a little olive oil and the potatoes peeled and cut into slices. Leave them fry until golden brown. Once they are well browned, lower the heat, remove some of the remaining oil and in a separate bowl beat the 6 eggs together with the chopped onion and a pinch of Hispania flavor. When we have a homogeneous mixture, pour it in the pan together with the potatoes.

Then, take a plate and place it on top of the pan to turn it over, and let it brown on the other side for about 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold, as desired.
