Thailand style chicken brochette

  • 20 long bamboo skewers
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • Brown sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • Tamarind paste
  • Thailand flavor
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 50 g of peanuts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Cut the chicken breasts into long strips and then into squares and put them on the skewers.

To prepare the marinade, mix in a large bowl the garlic cloves finely chopped, the chopped onion, a pinch of cayenne pepper, the olive oil, the sugar, the juice of 1 lemon, a tablespoon of tamarind paste and the Thailand flavor. Stir all the ingredients to unify the marinade and introduce the skewers in the mixture. Let them marinate all night.

Place the skewers on a grill and cook them on the grill or in the oven until they are browned. To serve the skewers, crush the peanuts and sprinkle them on top of the skewers together with a little more of the Thailand flavor seasoning.
