- 1 Kg of anchovies
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Sweet paprika
- Olive oil
Clean and remove the central spine from the anchovies and reserve them.
Put the garlic cloves with the skin in a mortar and crush them. Once this is done, add the cumin, oregano, sweet paprika and salt and fill the mortar, if it is small, until top of vinegar.
Mix everything very well and add the anchovies together with the water, stirring with the hands so that everything can catch the marinade. Reserve them for at least 6 hours.
Flour the anchovies already marinated, fry them in very hot oil and it will be ready to eat.
