Spaguetti with garlic and olive oil

Ingredients
  • 500 g of spaghetti
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Onion and garlic seasoning
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 100 g of parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the garlic and onion seasoning and a pinch of cayenne pepper, with the olive oil and let it settle. Next, heat a pot with 6 cups of water the onion, the bay leaves, the oil and the salt.

When the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and let them cook. Drain the noodles and remove the onion and the bay leaves, to put them in a deep dish.

Season them with the mixture of olive oil and the onion and garlic seasoning, rectifying the amount of salt, if necessary, and serve them immediately accompanied by grated cheese.
