Baked chicken barbecue flavor

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 glasses of white wine
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • Parsley
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • Black pepper
  • BBQ seasoning
  • Olive oil

In a bowl we prepare the chicken breasts with a little salt, 1 glass of white wine and we spice it with a spoonful of barbecue seasoning. Let the mixture macerate for 2 hours so that the breasts catch all the flavor.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and put the chicken breasts on the oven plate. Cover it with aluminum foil and let it cook for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare in a bowl the potatoes previously cut to strips together with the other glass of wine, the green peppers cut into slices, the salt, the sweet paprika, the black pepper, the onion, the garlic cloves cut into julienne strips, the oil and a spoonful of the Dani barbecue seasoning. Mix everything well.

Once the breasts are cooked, remove the aluminum foil and spread the mixture of the potatoes and the dressing next to the breasts.
