- 6 prawns
- Mango in syrup
- Sweet paprika
- Marine salt
Put the prawns on the grill and season them with a pinch of sweet paprika and a spoonful of parsley leaves on top.
Repeat the process on the other side of the prawns. On a plate, we place the mango strips as a bed and carefully put the cooked prawns on top.
For the presentation, we spread some sesame and marine salt on top of the plate.
