- 1 kg of tuna

Clean and wash well the tuna and cut it into cubes.
In a clay pot, pour the olive oil, heat it, and add the garlic cloves, peeled and crushed in the mortar. Let the garlic fry a little and add a teaspoon of paprika, stir well and add the water. When it begins to boil, we incorporate the tuna, which should remain barely covered by water, salt it and put a little chili, depending on whether you want more or less spicy.
Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Before the cooking is finished, add the ingredients of the catalan seasoning mixture, crushed in the mortar. At the time of serving, sprinkle with sesame.
