Persian blue salt 450g

Persia's blue salt comes from the mountains of Iran, formed in the Precambrian seas. Naturally and due to the local conditions, it is a salt rich in iron, calcium and other minerals, such as ‘silvitin’, which gives it blue flashes.

It is considered a gourmet salt and is used for carpaccio of veal or shrimp, white fish, sauces or to decorate the edges of cocktails.
