Allspice is a fruit of a tropical tree, it has a taste between nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper and cloves. Due to its special characteristics, its soft and pleasant aroma is used both in elaborations such as sauces, marinades, vegetable soup, it is also used to season Vodka/Gin Tonic.
